Hourly: Higher / Competitive Wage 30-40 Hours (Overtime available)
Shifts: Day & Night Coverage (rotation)
Shop Hours: 11am-9pm Tues-Sat & 11am-6pm Sun
Job Description:
Responsible for operation of pizza shop.
Maintain Ohio Food Service Certification (Will provide)
Ensure food safety and personal hygiene at all times.
Effectively communicate with Guests, and manage all team members.
Learn and train all food stations in the shop
Perform interviews and assist with the selection process of new Team Members.
Participate in performance reviews and disciplinary coaching of team.
Completes all opening and closing duties, to include: cash handling, inventory, and other daily reports, prep & clean.
Thorough knowledge of setup, operation, breakdown and cleaning of all kitchen equipment, including proper handling of chemicals used for cleaning.
Responsible for maintaining a clean sanitary work environment during hours of operation.
Assist other Team Members as needed/requested.
Requirements of the position:
Strong knowledge of cooking standards, food preparation and recipe adherence.
Must be computer literate (Experience with Clover a plus)
Effectively communicates through verbal and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, selection and training.
Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager experience required
Flexibility to work 30-40 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
Consent to background screening, including criminal, driving and drug screening
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Working knowledge of cost of goods sold
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, results oriented and customer focused
Must be 18+ years of age
Must be able to stand long periods of time.
Must be able to lift 50lbs or more.
