The sauce and crust are piping hot.  Our freshly grated provolone cheese melts as its placed on the hot pizza and toppings are added.  No hard baked cheese or greasy pepperoni ruining this square pie!

YEP! SINCE 1945 – “Ol’ Mike D” gave us the knowledge first hand that made the Original 1945 Square Cut Pizza loved by those that have tried it!

What’s a tray?

A Tray is a FULL PIZZA, 16 slices. You can order a quarter, half or full tray and will be sold by the slice at lunch!

What’s the secret?

Well, Mike would kill us, LOL! Honestly, part of the difference is Simplicity and Quality, No Shortcuts and No over-complicating – cheese is grated fresh, sauce and dough all made on site daily!

What’s it like?

The fresh dough cooked “just right” makes an unforgettable crunch, that with the sweet homemade sauce and cold toppings are a marriage of the best pizza and fresh Italian sandwich toppings you’ve ever had. Give it a minute and that provolone melts right before your eyes!
